Visit The Taproom
Our brewery and taproom is located at 378 Mount Hope Ave. in the heart of Rochester’s historic South Wedge neighborhood, serving beer on draft and to go, and offering indoor and outdoor seating and dining.
When visiting the taproom, you’ll see the heart of Swiftwater in every detail. Kayaks tucked high in the walls harkening back to owner and head brewer Andy Cook’s days as a whitewater kayak instructor. You’ll see the bar and tables were handmade of rich black walnut, milled from trees grown on Andy’s family’s farm.
Since opening in 2015, our overarching mission has been to create high quality, innovative beer while providing an atmosphere for our customers and colleagues that foster camaraderie and acceptance. We love our community and cannot thank it enough for the love we receive. We hope you’ll visit the taproom and enjoy our beer as much as we love making it!
